ADMISSIONS
Welcome and thank you for considering St. Patrick & Assumption/All Saints School for the educational future of your child. Academic records must be presented for any student transferring in for grades 1 through 8. There is a probationary period until records are received and reviewed before a student is accepted to the school.
 
St. Patrick & Assumption/All Saints’ educational program begins with four-year-old children. They must be four years old on or before December 31st of the year in which they are enrolling. Kindergarten students must be five years old on or before December 31st of the school year in which they are enrolling. New first grade students must be six years old on or before December 31st. The age of all new students must be verified by a birth certificate, and immunization records must be complete. Admission to St. Patrick & Assumption/All Saints School is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is subject to both the limitation of class size and the discretion of the Principal.
IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
• DTP: a minimum of four doses.
• OPV: a minimum of three doses, provided at least one dose is given on or before the fourth birthday.
• Measles vaccine: one dose administered on or after the first birthday
• Rubella vaccine: administered on or after first birthday; children who were immunized before the first birthday are to be re-immunized.
• Mumps vaccine: one dose administered on or after the first birthday; children who were immunized before the first birthday are to be reimmunized.
CATHOLIC APPLICANTS
Catholic students are required to submit a Baptismal Certificate and verification of the reception of any sacraments.
 
TRANSFER STUDENTS
Transfer students applying for acceptance must submit a transfer notification and the most recent report card from their previous school as well as a birth certificate and health records. An interview with the parent/guardian is also required
